OK I will try and explain this the best I can. I am the owner of the server I host many of my own domains All have the same Email in WHM and when imported they are the same in WHMCS When I try to edit the profile for all my domains and assign myself to the group OWNERS ADMINS I get If we are assigning a client to the group OWNERS ADMINISTRATORS then the email address being the same as another should not be a problem. The client names may be different but if I am assigning a client to a certain group then the email address should be ignored. WHMCS needs to take into account that admins and owners use the same EMAIL ADDRESS. Can you please sort this and release an update

Ok I managed to fix this little problem it was a search bar in the header of the theme causing conflict with the compleated form in WHMCS
-
Make sure that the package names in WHMCS match exactly the package names you have setup in cPanel So for example if you have a package in cPanel named Bronze it shoud say Bronze in WHMCS also. also try using your cPanel Access Hash Instead of a password in server settings in WHMCS. You could also try adding your cPanel IP to the allowed IP's pool in WHMCS

We have some majore problems with our ordering. Everything works perfectly untill it says "we are redirecting you to the payment process you chose" it then loads the KB search box instead of opening paypal. I have tried this using every theme and every order form theme and still the exact same, Is anyone else having this problem? and is there a fix for this? We only have paypal setup as a gateway and it is configured properly
-
Ok I did that and still no diference it still loads paypal in USD both the curency code and sufix are now GBP. As I have pointed out it seems that the Curency code is not being passed to the invoice page. If I view the sorce of the invoice page on line 34 the code is <input type="hidden" name="currency_code" value=""> Should it not be <input type="hidden" name="currency_code" value="GBP">

This bit I Was trying to post images from image shack but they wont display. Was trying image shack because this forum makes attached images far to small to make out
-
Ok thanks for the help our client is also SET to GBP, USD does not even exist on the system. PLEASE how do I find out the version I am running? It is the latest version as far as I know downloaded from here two days ago. I have been through all of paypal and changed every setting and checked every setting on our business account. I think this problem has somthing to do with the view invoice page passing USD to paypal instead of GBP. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED IMAGES

Hi thanks for your reply. Yes it is set to sutomaticaly update and I have also manualy done it. Also note that the only currency we have on WHMCS is GBP £ no other currency is either in the system or being used and the client experiencing the problem is also using GBP everything is fine in WHMCS its when it redirects to the paypal payment page
-
I need some help with WHMCS all of the curency settings in WHMCS are set to £ however when a client clicks the pay now button from the invoice they get redirected to paypal to pay but the currency is listed in $ how do I get the page at paypal to display £ like it is set up for in WHMCS

Is there any way with the built in affiliate system to make it so any tom dick or harry can sign up as an affiliate. How it works at the moment the affiliate has to be a client, Thats crap, A proper affiliate system allows any member of the public to join as an affiliate. I want anyone to be able to join as affiliate not just clients, Thats the hole idea of an affiliate system the more affiliates you have the more backlinks your site gets

no problem wwesen I am just going trough everything now trying to make things look better based on your sujestions. working with CSS is a very new thing to me although I have been designing my own sites since 1995 I am still very much a tables man so CSS is like learning to ride a bike for me. how exactly did you do the extra spacing between the lines of the mainpage table, I have wanted to do this but the CSS that controls the tables also controls every other table on the site
-
Well the actual intergration is done but I just need someone to get viewcart.tpl to work properly because it dont at the moment and I cant see why. then to check everything else is ok, I have check myself and it seems fine but a second eye is always better than ones own. then to just tidy up the CSS and html
-
no I know and sorry if it seemed like I was moking anyone, I wasnt I was just saying that my intergration is mine not one that looks like the original that has just been tied in to the site with new icons and changes to the color of the borders. I understand that both of you run intergration companys having looked back on the thread and at your signatures but you must admit that a client wanting a full blown intergration that visiting your site and looking at your portfolio only sees a simple intergration and so leaves the site as I did with many I visited. If I had known or been able to see via portfolios that half the intergration companys could have done it exactly how I have but improved on things then I would have payed and saved my self the 4 weeks of hassle and headachs, headachs I am still having now as the viewcart.tpl is a nightmare. again sorry guys I was not knocking your work but more so knocking what I have seen of intergrations on many websites I have visited while looking for intergrations companys. I was also a tad intoxicated when I made the post so could have and should have worded things a little better. It just suprisses me that WHMCS advertise as being easy to intergrate into your site when clearly it is not if you want a true intergration, for me a header and footer intergration is not going to kick it. still cant find any remarks to Powered by in any .tpl file including the originals
-
yes but I have gone for a true intergration not an intergration that just looks like the original WHMCS rubbish with a few changed icons and a few colours here and ther altered. I have gone for A true intergration using my themes CSS thsat looks compleatly diferant to the original crap in WHMCS. most of the socal intergration companys that you see on this site upon visiting them and looking trough their portfolios half of the intergrations they do still look exactly the same as the default portal template but with diferant icons and colours. I want my WHMCS to be EXACTLY the same as my main site using only my main sites CSS. I dont like how the standerd WHMCS templates are, there is no spacing between anything, everything is on the same page as it wher. Just the same as all the socaled intergrations. I want mine looking exactly how I want it hence not paying some comapny to intergarte it and getting it back looking exactly the same bar some new icons and colours. by the way I am not knoking anyones business that does intergrations but every one I have looked at is just the original portal crap with new icons and colours
-
Wher can I buy Proper intergrations I dont meen the **** that most intergration companys offer on here that when you visit thier site and view their protfolio just look aexacly the same as the original portal theme but with changed icons and a few other bits altered. I am talking about true intergrations using exactly the same layout and tables ect as my site. that look nothing like the original WHMCS templates. all of the intergrations I have seen from socal pro intergration co's look exactly like the original but with a few diferant icons and colours
-
oh the padding0 is comming from the CSS the onlu referance to padding in the actual HTML is in some of the tables I.E cellpadding="0"
-
Ok thanks for the comments and sujestions. That is a good idea about replacing the Customer area with the pagename cant belive I didnt think of that myself. also I am unsure why the powered by is in the right colum during coding I could not find anything in the original portal template about powered by so am not sure how to get this at the bottom it seems like WHMCS just puts it where it wants. As for altering the CSS you have lost me on that one maybe you can explain in laymens terms as I am no CSS expert
-
Well I have just Finished our intergration there are just 3 more pages to do but nothing to stop us going live with the intergration. I did the hole intergration myself. Our main site: Link And the portal: Link what do you think

Thanks both for your replies it helped a lot. I have now managed to get that page fully working thanks to John for pointing out the smartyu error thing in the admin back end, it came in very useful. and thanks to Bear for pointing out the HTML mistakes although I think the first one is the quote system on this forum adding spaces because they did not exist in my actual file, however the later one did

I have been intergrating viecart.tpl but dont seem to be able to get it to load. Can someone in the know maybe an admin or an intergrator please take a look at my bellow code and tell me where the problem lies, THANKS
