  4. Hi, Since a week, i don't know why but i get a policy error 7045 when my whmcs try to order a new domain name. I have never got this problem in the past, the exact message is : Error: Invalid Aux Billing information. - Parameter value policy error - 7045 - The contact name contains a restricted word - your request is denied. If i order the domain manually in enom.. that work fine so why with automation modules that don't work now ?! Please need your help. Thanks

Hi, I have actually a big problem of fraudulent credit card on my hosting business.. some peoples order with fraudulent credit card from my 2checkout modules.. the order pass and the domain name are directly ordered on my enom account.. after about 24 hours i got an email from 2checkout to say than the order are fraudulent and i can't ask for a refunds from enom.. Actually i have disable automation registration for domain name but some client are not happy because the services is not also fast... so i would like to know if it's possible to make automation registration for domain name for paypal and make it manually for 2checkout order.. If whmcs don't allow this.. anyone can know a plugin to whmcs to do this or can do it ? and for which prices ?! Thanks for the support.... Israel

Hi, I'm interested to use the whmcs addons Live Chat & Visitor Tracking that you can see here: http://www.whmcs.com/livechat.php But i want know if they offer a french translation for the customers ?! If the admin area is only in english is not a problem but the interface client must be in french. Anyone know if this addons is available in french ? it's not mentionned on the whmcs page. Thanks
  11. no. If i go on products/services in client profile section, and i click on module command: CREATE I have this error message: Module Command Error Sorry, that username is reserved. So the account is not created in my whm !

  13. Hi, I use WHMCS for my web hosting automation needs and i have a little bit problem. I have just received my first customer yesterday and all seem to be okay exept one thing.. The customer's have received all email of confirmation exept the email with confirmation for account detail to connect on cpanel, ftp, etc... And if i check in Order list, i can see than the customer status is set to "pending" so why ? I have checked the option: Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received So why the status is not set automatically to active when i receive the payment?! and why the customer don't have received the email of account details. Please need your help about this. Thanks you !
