Can we accept Cheque/Bank Transfer payments? 2. Do the Nochex/PayPal modules all work ok? 3. Is it possible to use WHMCS without any control panel integration i.e. use it for billing, ordering? 4. Can Invoices be CC'ed to our billing department? 5. Is it possible to add custom fields to the order form? 6. Can the support system be disabled or link changed to our own support system? 7. Is it possible to Invoice a customer for anything i.e. we could add an invoice manually for an SSL Certificate? 8. Can we use 2 domain registrars at the same time DirectI for .com, .net etc and Enom for .uk? Can we accept Cheque/Bank Transfer payments? Yes..there is a module to do this within WHMCS 2. Do the Nochex/PayPal modules all work ok?I use Paypal and it works great...no problems. Nochex is safe to assume works fine because there have been no reported errors with it. 3. Is it possible to use WHMCS without any control panel integration i.e. use it for billing, ordering? You can do this with no issues. The Control Panel is only for account creation 4. Can Invoices be CC'ed to our billing department? Believe not. However, you will not need this because the Invoices can be viewed by billing if you give them access to billing...which you should. The invoices are kept for viewing until you either delete them, or lose your DB 5. Is it possible to add custom fields to the order form?Do not believe to the order form, but can be done to appear in the clients profile 6. Can the support system be disabled or link changed to our own support system? You can edit the homepage.tpl to have any link go to where you want it to. 7. Is it possible to Invoice a customer for anything i.e. we could add an invoice manually for an SSL Certificate? Yes..you can invoice a client for anything. 8. You can have invoices CC'ed to your billing department email address 2. You can add unlimited custom fields to the order form 3. You can have multiple domain registrars enabled at one time.
