Possible bugs with billable items

I'm not sure if these are considered bugs or features.

 

- All billable items are considered taxable

 

It would be really nice to have a checkbox to say if the item is taxable or not

 

- There is no way to set the payment method for billable items

 

From some testing WHMCS just seems to pick the 1st payment method you have setup
