Email Piping Problem

I have a problem here and I just want to know if someone could help me out.

 

I have just set up my support ticket but I discovered that when you send am email to the support email address, it will will return 2 emails.

 

The first is normal auto responder email and the second is an error message below:

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

I removed the unnecessary sections that have my email because of spam.
