Willx Posted February 13, 2007 Share Posted February 13, 2007 Blank page on the upgrade? I just decided to upgrade to v3 and billing is blank but not admin... The templates_c only has a index.php file nothing else can i take my old version of v2 or w/e and move those files over or how can i fix this issue ..? Willx Posted February 14, 2007 Author Share Posted February 14, 2007 OMG You are the best Adam, i forgot i took billing and made it billing1 so i wouldn't lose any files haha so i had my template xh template in billing1 and forgot to move it to billing/ wow you are the best it works perfect i don't know how i could of been that dumb but i did lol Thanks all is good! What would this be? Hey, All the order templates are in templates/orderforms (or something like that) I would suggest that you re-upload them. Also clear your templates_c folder. Willx Posted February 15, 2007 Author Share Posted February 15, 2007 Issue is fixed Matt got my ticket i made and he said i should try and change the settings for order in the configuation at admin ..It seems that the button was not checked (the button for drop down menu order and other) so i changed that and it works perfect!
