[FIXED] afflaite bug

hi all

i founded a small afflaite bug (is on version 4.1.1 and probaly on version 4.1.2 to)

 

its not a hard bug , and it doesnt do damage

it just dont do what it need to do

 

if a user request a afflaite payout

then you click on manual payout so it goes to pending posision

 

now the bug , if you press the X on the pending , then it ask you if you are sure to remove it

you click yes and it just dont remove it

 

to remove it , you need to manual edit teh database els it dont get deleted
