ninak
I am trying to set up the WHMC in the WHM but it keeps telling me to set up Special User This is the required user, you need to set up on your application. We use this special user to test the ingration system. This user name should not have any services associated to it. * Special password The password for the special user. We use this password to temporary reset end-user password for login purpose, and then recover end-user password back. I have added a Special user in MSQL for whmcs and in the Administrator section of my administrators section but still keep getting this message est special user using user name (name I used) failed :: Not found user, Please create special user on 3rdparty. Can anyone please tell lme what I am doing wrong. Thank you.
GORF
There is no "setup" for WHMCS in WHM. Where are you getting those messages from, WHM? When you log into your WHM, use that username/password in WHMCS Setup -> Servers. That is how WHMCS logs into WHM.
ninak
There is a rvskin feature that can be enabled through your whm for allowing users/clients to go directly to their members pages in whmcs using one click in their cPanel. (http://www.rvskin.com/features/framePopup.php?pageId=34) This is what I was trying to enable.
boostplatform
That "special" user should only be setup in WHMCS. Did you upload the custom files that rvskin provides to your WHMCS?

Yes I have uploaded it. I think though that I set up the Special user wrong. Was I suppose to make it like a client.? or staff?
