MyLama Posted November 22, 2009 Share Posted November 22, 2009 Hi - Having had 2 installations prior to multi-currency being available, I am now in the process of migrating my clients to one installation. The only item I can not figure out is support tickets. How can I add support tickets without the client receiving the ticket? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
