Creating Interworx Reseller package with WHMCS?

HI

 

I want to create Interworx Reseller package with WHMCS but i am enable to do it. When I am click in the create button from WHMCH its coming a blank page. Can anybody have any idea about this?

 

I am using the latest WHMCS ver.
