mgaccess Posted November 19, 2009 Share Posted November 19, 2009 Hi, I'm fairly new to WHMCS and I have found it to be a nice service for the money! It seems to me the "Upgrade/Downgrade Options" process is REALLY lengthy for customers. Currently, to upgrade a single option, the customer has to: Click "My Services" Click the little green document icon beside the service Click "upgrade options" button Choose option, click continue Click continue again after viewing Subtotal Get the confirmation screen the says "your options are upgraded, but you must pay to activate" (paraphrasing) View invoice Click pay Fill credit card info and checkout Besides initial signup, shouldn't upgrading be the easiest thing to do? Is there a way to go from step 4 directly to step 9? and then show the option to "View Invoice" after checkout? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
