when a client signs up, i am getting this error in the log

 

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 3 - Error: __error_need_name System

 

i am using lxadmin alias klaxo.

 

when i see the details of the client in client profile - products/services tab,

 

the lxadmin login username is blank

while the password is filled with random generated password.

 

HELP..

has it got anything to do with my disabling domain selection on creating the account? the customer whont choose any domain while ordering..

 

does whmcs generate the username based on chosen domain name by anychance?

i have chosen NONE in

Free Domain

None

Offer a free domain registration/transfer only (renew as normal)

Offer a free domain registration/transfer and free renewal (if product is renewed)

 

in the product/service options
