CynProWeb
Is there a way to disable the required login for users to submit support tickets? The default installation ony allows current clients to submit tickets once they have logged in. Can that be disabled so no login is required?

0 CynProWeb
Thats the issue. That box is NOT checked, and users are still required to log in. Why is this? is it a bug, or am I missing something?
0 WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 11, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 11, 2007 It doesn't appear to be a bug as its working on the demo site. It may just be an issue on your system or the box could still be ticked.
