railto Posted November 6, 2009 Share Posted November 6, 2009 Hi there, We are looking for a module that would allow us to log all contact with a client, not just their emails. I know that you can open a support ticket for a phone call, but i would like to have it so that phone calls are logged in their own right, rather than opening a support issue as not all calls need to be followed up on and can just be recorded against an account. I am looking to have a module that will make WHMCS a little more like a proper crm app. Is anyone interested in helping out with this?
