fakher
Hello all, for last three days i have received 4 mails from PayPal this is because three Non Verified PayPal users paid and got their hosting account created my WHMCS automatically. after getting mail from PayPal i was notified that all those were Non Verified PayPal users i terminated their account as PayPal help and reversed the money for all those Users.. It was total head ache for me... Good to know that PayPal guys were doing this for our betterment but is there any way to prevent these things?
GORF
Setup-> Products/Services-> edit a product ->Module Settings->Check Automatically setup the product when you manually accept a pending order. This way you must manually review each order then accept or reject it.
DedicatedPros
It would be nice to have this feature automated, or for example, the script could check if the payment that was just received is from a verified member, and if it is, it proceeds with the order. If it's not however, the payment would get reversed and the product canceled.

Yes i have done this already.... but i just want to avoid those PayPal investigations? thats sure its for my help but why i have to receive emails from PayPal and then clarify these without any reason It would be nice to have this feature automated, or for example, the script could check if the payment that was just received is from a verified member, and if it is, it proceeds with the order. GORF
EVERY payment processor tells you, the merchant, to ALWAYS review your order before shipping or releasing an item to the customer. It's part of your job. Period.
DedicatedPros
Yes, that may be true, *BUT* a lot, if not all hosting business provide instant or near instant setup that is completely automated by a script such as WHMCS, so we can't afford to wait for a member of the staff to review the order 8 hours later and accept it then. It takes too long, and with large business, you'd need staff dedicated to checking orders, while a simple script could check if the incoming paypal account is verified automatically, without human interaction.
