1st install wouldn't let me log in, now after 2nd install I get license invalid?

So far I'm iffy on WHMCS.

 

I installed it once, then went to login to the admin area and it said my login was no good.

 

I went to "forgot password" link and entered my email, and it says it doesn't exist. Great!

 

So I deleted everything, including the database and tried again.

 

Now if I go to the admin page, I get a License Invalid error.

 

The install is in the exact same place as the first time I installed it. Maybe there is a way to "release" and "renew" the license?
