Maxmind and settings

hello

i just signed up for maxmind and i am not sure about the settings .

1. how do you know that the customer entered the phone verification code given to him on the phone?

when i look at my account in maxmind that order shows "call answered and code played" does that mean the code was entered in Pin code field in whmcs order form?

i am asking because i am using paypal and 2checkout because if someone want to make a fraud order he would leave at the stage where it asks for the pin code and then go to the client area and pay the invoice from the client area with a stolen credit card without the phone verifivation.

2. what score do you enter in the last field in whmcs :

Telephone Fraud Score ____ Enter the Minimum Fraud Risk Score to Phone Verify .

3.as i understand you do not need to enter the +countrycode just the phone number and area code without (0) for international and us as well , is that true?

sorry for the lengthy post

thanks

The way it works is as follows:

1. The user places their order

2. The invoice is generated

3. The order is set to Fraud and invoice is set to Cancelled so it cannot be paid

4. The user is asked to enter the pin code their receive via phone call

5. If the user enters this, the order is set to Pending and invoice marked Unpaid so it can be paid

6. If the user fails to complete the phone checks, the order is left as fraud and invoice left as cancelled
