ehm
I prepare a mass mail, to all my clients and pressed the "send mail" button. a new page loaded on the browser: http://My_SERVER.com/whmcs/Adm/sendmessage.php with this message: Message Saved Successfully Mass Mail Queue 19 Emails to Send in Total - Step 1 of 1 - Estimated Time Until Completion: 0 Seconds. Please wait... and then stays there forever. The clients are not receiving the e-mails.... the 'mail' is setup to SMTP, with my correct username and password Any ideas? tbenoit
You could be using a character combination in the email that breaks the parsing. For instance, using {} will break the email parsing without an appropriate variable in there. Test by sending a plain text email with only Alpha-numeric characters. If it works but the email you are trying to send doesn't, then something in the email you are trying to send is breaking the process.
ultranet
Setting permissions of folder template_c to 777 did the trick for me!
