Creating accounting on cpanel automatic

Recommended Posts

I create an product that

" Automatically setup the product when you manually accept a pending order"

then I start the process as a new user, select that product and finished the order.

Then as a ADMIN I accept that order.

Wait until the cron job to run at 01:00 and this is the results:

10/27/2009 01:00 Cron Job: Running Usage Stats Update System

10/27/2009 01:00 Cron Job: Closing Inactive Support Tickets System

10/27/2009 01:00 Cron Job: Sending Domain Renewal Notices System

10/27/2009 01:00 Cron Job: Sending Invoice Reminders System

10/27/2009 01:00 Credit Card Payments Processed (0 Captured, 0 Failed) System

10/27/2009 01:00 Cron Job: Credit Card Processing System

10/27/2009 01:00 Cron Job: Adding Late Fees System

10/27/2009 01:00 Cron Job: Generating Invoices System

10/27/2009 01:00 Cron Job: Updating Currency Exchange Rates System

10/27/2009 01:00 Cron Job: Starting System

10/27/2009 00:55 Order Accepted - Order ID: 31 WhmAdmin

I'm using CPANEL on my server.

The problem is that the account was not created after the cron job run.

What could I be missing?

Thank you

If you've got it set to "Automatically setup the product when you manually accept a pending order" then it won't wait for the cron job. It will create the account as soon as you accept the order.
