MaxMind Fraud Protection failing

I keep getting this error on my orders now "Connection Error Empty reply from server" with the MaxMind Fraud protection. It has worked fine for months but for some reason it just quit. I have googled this and also did a search on this forum before I posted and found nothing. On my google search I found that a few people had template problems but I don't think this is my problem unless there was something wrong with the 4.1 update. Is anyone else having this problem? I have a questionable client pending on my WHMCS and don't know what to do. Can someone please help? Thank you!
