Passing arguments in form

Is there a way to pass arguments to WHMCS and have it skip the parts that have already been answered?

 

For instance, I'd like to create a static order page (with my design). In it will be form options like plan options, terms (monthly, 3-month, etc.), domain name, etc.

 

However right now when I try putting some of these arguments in the url as a get, it doesn't work. Any way to get this to work? Or do I have to modify the code?
