I knew there had to be more tracking than just entering a number in the profile fields! but where do I find a monthly summary that I can send to clients - a standard financial statement by client?? This is quite a standard thing, no? I am simply adding a credit that was sent manually to me. But i cannot figure out how to send her a receipt for her credit-on-account (it hasn't been applied to any invoice, as there isn't an invoice yet.)
