sentryhosting
I've had the enom report emailed to me and it shows a couple of errors for example: Error for domain1.com: Domain name not found Error for domain2.com: Domain name not found Updated domain3.com expiry to 16/10/2010 The domains were created automatically through WHMCS. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Chris
scurrell
Usually means the domain has expired, or is pending transfer from another registrar
sentryhosting
But they haven't, they are newly registered domain that I manually had to register in eNom because WHMCS failed to do it. Any ideas? Chris
sentryhosting
OK, just add on to this, here is now what's happening. The domain report shows the following error: Error for domain.com: Domain name not found I look in my clients profile and slect the domain. Then I register the domain through WHMCS and I get a message saying "Domain Registration Sucessfull" I reload the clients profile and it reverts back to how it did with no nameservers or anything and I try to register it again and it states: An order has already been placed for this domain Thing is, I had this problem on a few other domains and I reapeated the above and it worked for them but not on this one. The other domains were .com and this one is .co.uk, not sure if that helps. Help greatly appreciated. Chris
scurrell
Have you made sure the registrar is actually set to Enom on the clients domain page?
