if price = 0.00 then display FREE, how?

In my domainchecker.php file, under Domain Pricing. .uk's extension transfers are free but they show as £0.00.

 

I would like instead of £0.00 to show the word "Free".

 

Here is my coding

to:

 

{if substr($tldpricelist.transfer, 2, 4) == "0.00"}FREE
