Admin view ticket blank page

Everything was working fine until I upgrade to v4.1.1

 

 

The issue now is that, we can't view the ticket..

 

1. supporttickets.php?view=Open (working fine)

2. supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=155 (header, left bar and footer are there but the content are just blank)

Its because you have not upgrade template files.

 

refer here and update your custom template files:

Solved the problem.. The issues is fixed with a custom php.ini
