I might be overlooking something easy but when I open a Support Ticket within WHMCS click on Options to assign a client to the ticket I can only enter a clientid and cannot search on the client details anymore anyone who can help me out? it's hard work to go back to the Clients to search for the client ID then go back to the Support Tickets, open the ticket and options to enter the clientid. thanks in advance Erik 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
