TruWebPro Posted October 16, 2009 Share Posted October 16, 2009 Hello all, I'm hoping someone can suggest an idea or two to help me troubleshoot this one. I'm really at a loss. We have been setup for about a month with everything working in that new customers can purchase a hosting package for a monthly subscription through PayPal and a small setup fee. Everything was working great the first couple weeks, then we realized a few days ago PayPal has stopped creating subscriptions. It is just processing the one transaction for the setup fee. We can't figure out what we might have done to cause this, although we did make some changes to the invoice emails. Any ideas?
