optize Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 [i put in a ticket with WHMCS staff about 14 hours ago, since they haven't replied yet and I'm losing orders, I'll try here instead] ;-) Starting yesterday, I have the strangest thing happening, when people put in an order, once they fill out their client details, it goes to the 'Thanks for ordering, your order # is xxxx' page. When I look at their account in admin, it says there's no invoices, and no payment is due. It won't create the product (which is good, obviously) but I've never had WHMCS not create invoices for signups.
