sentryhosting
Hello, One of my users are reporting this error when following then link to set-up their SSL. I have logged in as the users and also tried but keep getting the error: Failure Parsing CSR Any ideas? Urgently needed, Thanks. thehost5968
The CRS must not be matching try re doing all the step's again and if it still is not working then put a ticket in to WHMCS within your WHMCS client area.
sentryhosting
Thanks, you say the CRS must not be matching, can you explain? matching with what? I've looked all over the net for this problem and it seems to be me only Thanks for your quick assistance.
thehost5968
You make the CRS on the server / cPanel then you are copying and pasting it in to the WHMCS SSL page? Yes Then it may not be copying and pasting the right one? well this is part true. as at this stage you would only be supplying it and not matching it ( it will get match by the SSL provider later) so it can not be this sorry best put a ticket in to whmcs. thehost5968
You are using the full code like this: -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----MIICDTCCAXYCAQAwgbAxCzAJBgNVBAYTAkdCMRswGQYDVQQIExJOb3J0aCBMaW5j /R4GJJtQhX03ScvSPZdud0WWAprxpqtRtXfwYOXfccQ4IGhkm6JgHaogDKvCOrYH QQ== -----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- with the first and last line's.
sentryhosting
Yeah, I've done may certificate set-ups and this is the first I have really had a problem that I cannot find any info on. Chris
thehost5968
I say "Then it may not be copying and pasting the right one?" but I mean copying and pasting right. When copying and pasting this sort of thing the user should be copying and pasting in to like note book then copying and pasting that as some times not always direct copying and pasting do not always work.
