dframpton Posted October 13, 2009 Share Posted October 13, 2009 I have clients on numerous occasions attempting to pay an invoice online where their credit card gets declined for whatever reason yet their issuing bank still captures the transaction. Does anyone experience this? Is there a setting in WHMCS to stop this, so if their credit card is denied their bank still wont capture it? I use Authorize.net as the gateway. Any Ideas? tbenoit Posted October 13, 2009 Share Posted October 13, 2009 Sounds like AVS fails the transaction but what they are seeing from their bank are Authorizations 9which will eventually disappear).
