Support tickets / Invoice display question

Is it possible to show a client his entire ticket and invoice history to recall any ticket or invoice they would like to view?

 

How would this be done. I have looked over the tpl documents and cant seem to grasp this.

lost my mind. this is located to left of client area for them to view.
