RPS Posted October 11, 2009 Share Posted October 11, 2009 When you setup client group discounts, the order summary is incorrect and doesn't reflect the discounted price. The discount only appears on the invoice. During the checkout process, the discount is not reflected anywhere. What does everyone do who uses client groups? Do your customers just assume that the incorrect order total will be corrected on the invoice? I put a ticket in with WHMCS saying if the total is $20, with a 50% discount, the order process should show that. RPS Posted October 12, 2009 Author Share Posted October 12, 2009 The files are encoded, so we can't fix them ourselves. If WHMCS doesn't fix it, then we're left with just not using this feature. Maybe some people are ok with client groups working like that.
