CrimsonGT
So im not sure if it was the upgrade to 4.1.1 or if it was us moving our WHMCS install from a subdirectory to its own domain. Everything is running fine with the exception of Products/Services settings are not saving? I can create/delete new groups and products, but anytime I input a setting change it does not save. Does anyone have any idea why? This is getting very frustrating as we are supposed to be opening in 2 days. Thanks in advance!
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 9, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 9, 2009 This indicates your database is corrupted. Restore your backup and retry the upgrade process following the guide @ http://wiki.whmcs.com/Version_4.1_Release_Notes Matt
CrimsonGT
Sigh, I knew I should have not upgraded "Restore process failed. Reason: #42000You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1" Ah well, guess its time for a complete reinstall. Thanks for the fast response
