sentryhosting Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 Hello, I run into a problem with the support ticket. Currently I have it set up to pipe support tickets to an email address. I also want tickets to that email address to be forwarded to another email but it never works. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
