not setting up accounts, latest upgrade

this problem is after I upgraded to v4.1.1

 

accounts are not being set up, I get a error

 

Error: Error contacting server: Unsupported protocol:

 

All worked fine until I upgraded last week, I have 4 different servers set up, 2 Centova Cast, 1 WHM Sonic & 1 web hosting, can someone tell me if this is a bug, or has any1 else had this problem?

 

sorry if this has been answered, I did a search for that error but no results
