tracedef
To simplify our situation, we are a web / email host, we have email services set up in WHMCS and when users sign up, their cpanel account is automatically created. We are not a domain registrar and we do not allow domains to be registered with us. If we already have a cpanel account set up for a client and then we add a client manually after the fact, how do we link their WHMCS account to the existing Cpanel account? The goal is to insure that the new WHMCS will suspend the cpanel account if necessary for non-payment. I've tried the following: go to client account > products / services > add new service: in this case it is an email / hosting account where we put in the name of the client's comain such as example.com ...... this same domain already has a cpanel account created before the client was added into WHMCS > then when we try to manually suspend the product in WHMCS, nothing happens to the cpanel account, no suspension occurs..... Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

thehost5968
then just use merge client accounts to set the product / domains to the right clients.
