Anyone setup Google Analytics Goal Funnel?

Anyone setup google analytics goal funnel yet?

 

I'm having issues setting it up and I wonder if it has to do with the way WHMCS pass from page to page. One most suspicious one is that the complete URL is queried twice, once after checkout (hidden from the browser) and the other is at the final final stage.
