Connecting a new but old order to my server?

I added a new product to one of my customers in WHMCS, but his hosting account was already setup. How do I set it up so that I can log into his Cpanel from my WHMCS? I see a box that asks for a Subcription ID, Username and Password, but this account was setup a year ago....before I was using WHMCS.

Also, for some reason I can't access my WHM under "Servers", I have all the IP's, usernames and passwords correct, can anyone also help me with this? Thanks a lot

Thank you for your help

Rod

WHMCS needs the clients username and password to let you login to their cPanel and its very likely that the client will have changed his password in that year.

Not sure about that one but ive always used the remote access key in WHM to add to the server info, rather than the password.
