siteone
I am using the enom domain module to manage our client's domains, and I have what is probably a silly question, but here goes... If I have the domains set in enom to auto-renew, the domain will be renewed and our belance will be hit with the renewal charge. That makes sense. However, if a client doesn't pay his renewal invoice (generated by WHMCS), even after the serveral notices that get sent out, we get stuck with the charge although we haven't been reimbursed for it. Would the right way to set this up be to have the domains set to not autorenew in eNom? That way, the domain would expire if the invoice wasn't paid, which would be logical. If I set the domains to not autorenew in eNom, I assume that paying that invoice in WHMCS would then actually renew the domain in eNom, is that correct?

Correct on both counts.
