KevinR Posted September 26, 2009 Share Posted September 26, 2009 When I reply to the email that support sends to my admin account, it simply sends it to my admin email account, without adding to the support ticket. "You can respond to this ticket by simply replying to this email or by logging into the administration area." I know it's something simple most likely.
