A few questions about whmcs

huss

Question

Hi I have never had a website before and would like one to take my business to the next level. I just signed up for the 15day trial, so I can see how whmcs works & and most importantly, how it will benefit my business.

Wat I want from whmcs is to host my website, were customers can come to place orders/ support tickets or just enquire about my products.

I am having a look at the trial but not sure how to use the site & I would like to add a few of my products to the site and see how everything works etc.

with the trial is it possible to add products, and if I decide I want to continue, what sort of billing do u offer. such as month by month, 6month contract or so on.

Advise is appreciated as I'm keen to get started and if its anything like I hope it is, I'm looking forward to what this will bring to my business..

Thanks

Huss

WHMCS has a lot to offer, and it's slogan "The Complete Client Management, Billing & Support System" says it all. Whatever type of Client your business has, WHMCS can provide help with invoicing, support ticketing and lots more.

It is most often used by hosting businesses and website developers, however due to the vast amount of features available, it has opened up to a much larger market therefore appealing to all types of online businesses, or even individuals.

Getting set up is easy, and as you already have a trial account, you can use this until it expires - then gives you the option to pay for a license, whether it be monthly, yearly or a one-off owned license.

WHMCS does not offer hosting therefore you will need to set up the WHMCS installation on your own web server (or standard hosting account is sufficient enough if you don't own a server). Once installed you will be able to configure all aspects of WHMCS to your liking, creating accounts, choosing how the Support Ticketing system works, payment gateways available to your Customers and so on.

You can fully test WHMCS by clicing on the Demo page.
