Hi,

I have a couple of streams which WHMCS seems to really not like and has been trying to suspend them every day for months now, to stop it doing this i had to remove the login details to stop the automation on the CentovaCast module.

... and now I have had to setup a load of streams manually and have tickets because users who changed passwords in WHMCS didnt take effect... Soo...

Instead of ignoring the problem i need to fix it.

The users to not have any invoices which are overdue and their accounts are fine...

So how the hell can i find the exact cause for it to think they should be suspended?

Someone please help ASAP!!!

Cheers.

Dan

I think the only reason that whmcs suspends is for overdue invoices...

You may have settings in either whm or whatever server software you are utilizing to set for other things, we can only make guesses at what the reason for suspension is, are you receiving the cron email in whmcs and is it stating that xx Services Suspended?

I would suggest reviewing server logs and settings etc...
