Charging my clients a percentage based on their monthy sales

Hi,

 

I deveolped an resturant online ordering application that allows a resurant owner to have their own online menu, so that their clients can place orders online.

 

Now on my backend I can see how much each resturant is making per location.

 

I want to charge each location 10% of their total monthly sales at a capped rate of $150.

 

Or charge them 29.95/month and $40 additonal if they went over that amount in sales that month.

 

Still debating between two of them

 

Can I set this up through WHMCS. If so what API's should i be looking at?
