AshleyUk
Hello, All emails that are sent to client's go fine, however no emails that should be sent to admins arrive. I know the email accounts work fine I have tested them, and I have tried PHP method and SMTP method. There is no errors that I can see, just the admins don't receive any emails for tickets or new account's even know they all have the boxed ticket to.

HostOrca
If all the departments are ticked in the admins configuration, and the receive email notifications at the bottom of the admin configuration is ticked, the only thing I can think of is they are getting sent to your spam folder? Just thought, what administrator roles are these admins set as?
AshleyUk
All departments are ticket under the admin configuration, and all the receive email notifications are ticked. Both admins are under the role "Full Administrator", I just setup a test client with my email address and all emails were send instantly fine, it just seems that WHMCS is not sending the Admin email's at all.
HostOrca
Then I can't think of anything that it could be. Sorry, I hope you can get it sorted. If you can not get help here it might be an idea to submit a support ticket.
