Ticket Creation by email (pipe)

Hello guys,

I just set up the email piping and works but not as wanted. First, Whenever I send an email (as customer) to the department's email I would get the "bounce message" and no "Ticket Created message", BUT the ticket is created. I, as admin, get notified and I proceed to reply, once I replied I also get the "bounce message" but the ticket is updated with my response, and my customer is notified via email. Why is this happening? :shock: I'm not sure what was set up wrong... :S Please help.
