First, Whenever I send an email (as customer) to the department's email I would get the "bounce message" and no "Ticket Created message", BUT the ticket is created. I, as admin, get notified and I proceed to reply, once I replied I also get the "bounce message" but the ticket is updated with my response, and my customer is notified via email. But now, how can I do so that when the ticket is created via email, the customer gets a "Ticket Created Email" or a confirmation email.
