Multi currency don't work correctly

Our base currency is ZAR.

ZAR 1.00000

USD 0.13498

All our clients use ZAR but one client now choose USD as his base currency.

Invoice = USD $42.33

But when going to 2checkout.com, the transaction was processed as $4.70

(Seems that, with base currency as ZAR, the system correctly convert to USD if client choose USD but the transaction is then send to 2checkout.com as base currency ZAR and then converted AGAIN to USD)

R100 converted to $10 at WHMCS and send to 2checkout.com where its again converted to $1

On top of that WHMCS also don't convert the currency correctly and we loose a lot of money.

ZAR 1.00000

USD 0.13498

Invoice amount is R1000 = $134.98 as per the current conversion ratio.

But WHMCS send the amount as $111.11 to 2checkout.com

So we LOOSE R187.00 for every R1000 due to this WHMCS problem.

Above is incorrect.

Matt said it's our setting at 2checkout.com that's the problem but since it's in USD I checked properly.

It's actually WHMCS that send the USD $42.33 as 4.70 to 2checkout.com
