Account Setup Issues

Hello,

 

I have gone all through the General Settings, Server Settings etc... When I place an order on my WHMCS I receive two emails confirming the order was made... When I then activate the pending order and select "Send email" option, and my server "Reseller" is also selected.

 

An email with the account information is not sent, and when I go into my WHM I see no account has been set up.

 

Could you possibly tell me about the most common causes of this? As far as I'm aware I've done everything required, however I probably did miss something :shock:

 

All help is GREATLY appreciated, or I'll end up throwing this darn computer out of the window! :D

Update: I have now fixed the problem, however one more issue.

 

When the account is active an email is also sent from my WHM, as shown below

Is there any way I can stop this from being sent? It looks awefull
