Ioncube error with email Piping / Forwarding - cpanel

Hello,

I have everything set up and running. I have the support setup, it can take tickets.

Email seems to be working. But sometimes I get a returned email with this message:

Failed loading /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.9.so: /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.9.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

So far when I send an email from the client's email address, it goes through and creates a ticket.

This is the email address that is being forwarded to / piped in cpanel.

So it receives the email. I can reply back. But sometimes when the client / customer replies to the responding email from the support area, the email send fails with the above message.

Again:

Failed loading /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.9.so: /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.9.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I'm pretty sure ioncube was setup as everything else is working great.

Also, if a customer submits a ticket via the web interface, should they not get an email?

As well, every email that gets sent from whmcs is sent to my personal email.

But how can I have every support ticket sent there as well? It would be cool if I could reply to the tickets by email without having to login to the interface.

Is this possible? I would imagine if the customer can reply or create a ticket by email and reply to it, that I can reply to the ticket by email as well.

Blah, sorry if this sounds confusing.

thank you for helping.
