Customizing client index page

Okay... I've just installed WHMCS, not more than an hour ago (probably).

 

Is there a way to remove options from the client index page?

 

I'd like to remove almost everything except for Client Area, Submit A Ticket and Support Tickets.

 

Also, to modify how the client index page looks, can that be done through the AdminCP or is it all php coding?
