Kayako Tickets VS WHMCS Tickets

JumpNetwork

Question

Hello,

Are there any hosts in here, that have a very large customer base, that have a heavy support ticket load?

I have just bought WHMCS and am unsure whether to use the Internal Ticket System, or continue to use my KAYAKO one, and inegrate the tickets.

The positive with Kayako, is that there is only one section for my staff to go to, and that is the WHMCS Admin end, where if I keep Kayako, then staff have to use WHMCS Admin end, and then Kayako Staff panel for tickets etc.

Will WHMCS stand up to a high ticket use, like Kayako does?

Any thoughts?

Thanks, Chris.

Contabilidad 3337 Tickets

Dominios 762 Tickets

Emisoras 748 Tickets

Gerencia 302 Tickets

Hosting 12880 Tickets

Juegos 224 Tickets

Ventas 1905 Tickets

...and counting :)

I recommend WHMCS home grown ticket system. There are things you can do with it that you can't with kayako. Real time savers, but there is a thread already open regarding this aspect of comparison.
